Travel planning fees for customized travel cover the initial consultation, research, development of the proposal, revisions to perfect the customized itinerary, booking, managing all components, and support while traveling if needed. Our fees are very competitive and well worth the investment.

Fees for Travel Planning:

• $100.00 for trips lasting up to 10 days for one destination (For example, Antigua is one destination; Jamaica is another destination, and Aruba is a separate destination Additional proposals for different destinations will be charged an additional planning fee of $50.00 each.

Travel itineraries lasting over 10 days are subject to an additional $50.00.

​In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, the Travel Planning Fee detailed above is required. The Travel Planning Fee is non-refundable. Vacation research and planning involve much time. My work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries.

As part of your Travel Planning Fee, I will provide you with three quotes. Once Nicolai Travel Adventures, LLC has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the Internet or wherever you would like. If you choose to book your vacation with another agency, the Plan-to-go fee will be retained by Nicolai Travel Adventures, LLC as payment for services rendered. All vacations arranged through Nicolai Travel Adventures, LLC offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning individual travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation. Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a vacation as is possible.

By paying our Travel Planning Fee, you understand and except for yourself and the travelers included in your party the planning fees outlined herein. You acknowledge and accept that all fees are non-refundable, whether you decide to book the travel presented or not. You agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that unused portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. Should you choose to book your vacation with us please know, proposals are subject to availability and price changes.

 

By paying our Travel Planning Fee, you also acknowledge receiving a copy of our Terms and Conditions and a copy of this Travel Planning Fee Agreement.
